This role involves supporting mortgage processing tasks and ensuring excellent service delivery. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential, along with a preferred CeMap qualification. Competenze

• Good communication skills essential for dealing with brokers, borrowers, and lenders.
• Experience of Residential BTL / Commercial broking & packaging desirable.

Mansioni

• Support the BTL & Commercial department in mortgage processing and administration.
• Ensure SLA’s are maintained and exceeded.
• General mortgage processing duties including OMS data entry and credit reporting.
