Primary SEND Support Assistant - Ealing
Full-Time 95 Daily Rate September 2025 - July 2026 Term Time Only

A brilliant opportunity is available for a dedicated and highly reliable, enthusiastic teaching assistant to join a primary school in Ealing as a SEND Support Assistant. This full-time position runs from September 2025 through to the end of the academic year in July 2026.

The role is based within a specialist provision that supports children with additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll play a key role in helping pupils access learning and achieve their full potential.

We're looking for someone who can connect with children, bring consistency and patience to their role, and be a proactive member of the wider school community. Prior SEND experience is welcomed but not essential - a willingness to learn and develop within the role is equally valued.

Role Summary:

  • Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm)

  • Term-time only contract: September 2025 to July 2026

  • 95 per day

  • Based in a specialist unit within a primary school environment

  • Supporting pupils with a range of learning and developmental needs

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with SEND or is eager to develop in this field

  • Builds strong, positive relationships with children and staff

  • Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively

  • Brings a calm, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to the role
