City College Norwich is seeking a passionate Specialist Learning Support Assistant (Communication Support Worker) to join the Inclusion Services Team. You will provide essential support to students with learning disabilities and/or difficulties across City College Norwich campuses, helping them access learning activities with appropriate communication support.

The role focuses on supporting students who require British Sign Language interpretation, Additional Support, and those with PMLD,

Qualifications

• BSL Level 6 qualification or higher is essential.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 Certificate in Learning Support.

Responsibilities

• Support students with learning disabilities across City College Norwich campuses.
• Assist with communication support including BSL interpretation.
• Help students access learning activities and AS/PMLD needs.
