Pick Everard, a leading multidisciplinary practice, is seeking a Building Safety Act Consultant / Principal Designer to join the safety team. You will manage BSA commissions, provide practical, commercially focused advice, and ensure projects meet scope, quality, programme and financial targets.

Based in our London‑area operations with hybrid working, you will collaborate with clients and design teams, supporting bids, risk reviews, and project delivery while developing your professional

Qualifications

• Architectural qualification and design background.
• Experience delivering UK projects across RIBA stages.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Building Safety Act (BSA) and Principal Designer services across a diverse portfolio.
• Coordinate deliverables, manage documentation, and keep programmes and budgets on track.
• Develop technical expertise through mentoring and hands-on project experience.
• Facilitate design risk reviews and contribute to information and safety file preparation.
• Build relationships with clients, designers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
