Job summary

L’ETO is inviting applications for a Breakfast Chef to join our London team. Immediate start available. Full-time (50h) and part-time options, with a salary of £15.00–£17.00 per hour depending on experience.

You will take charge of your section, ensure dishes meet high standards, use fresh seasonal ingredients, and support the Sous Chef in menu execution. We value development, teamwork and excellent service, plus benefits including staff discounts and dining with friends and family when not

Qualifications

• You have worked as a Breakfast Chef for at least 1 year.
• At least 1-2 years in a professional kitchen.
• A valid L2 Food Hygiene certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
• Support the Sous Chef in menu execution with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Contribute to teamwork and growth within L'ETO.
