As we continue our rapid growth in the UK, we are seeking a Client Relationship Manager who is passionate about financial markets, possesses in-depth knowledge of the UK market, and excels at building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and expand your existing portfolio of clients by leveraging your network and participating in networking events.
• Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty through comprehensive strategies.
• Act as the primary contact for your portfolio of CFD traders.
• Guide clients through our MT5 trading platform.
• Support client onboarding, funding, and platform navigation.
• Build and sustain long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and compliance teams.
• Adhere to the FCA’s Conduct Rules and Consumer Duty.

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years in client relationship management within a CFD or online trading brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of CFDs, margin trading, and multi-asset products.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Experience managing high-value or VIP accounts.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and increase customer account value.
• Integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the company's mission.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
• Experience in building trusted business partnerships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both autonomously and as part of a team.
