Tardis Group in London is seeking a Broker Trader to support a growing listed derivatives franchise and work closely with seasoned traders across commodity markets. You will contribute to new trading initiatives and market coverage, gaining exposure to futures and options while collaborating with quants and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Broker Trader/Execution Trader or similar market-facing role
• Experience in futures, options, commodities, or other exchange-traded products
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and market participants
• Act as main liaison between trading teams and external liquidity providers
• Support execution and management of futures and options trading activity
• Monitor positions, market developments and risk exposures
• Identify opportunities to improve execution quality and workflow efficiency
• Analyze trading activity and market data to enhance performance
• Collaborate with quantitative, technology and operations teams on improvements
• Stay informed on market structure developments and liquidity conditions
