Job summary

Trident Brokerage Services LLC in London seeks a Trade Support Associate to support trade entry, clearance, and reconciliation on a busy commodities desk. This role offers hands-on training within a growing team handling Over-The-Counter and Exchange-Traded energy products.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of commodities and options, excel under pressure, and communicate effectively to strengthen client and desk relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of commodities and options is preferred.
• Ability to input and reconcile trades accurately in internal systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Inputting trades into internal booking systems and ensuring confirmations reflect trades.
• Assisting in entering and clearing trades.
• End-of-day reconciliation of trades with the desk and ensuring all trades are settled.
• Adhere to company policies and operational risk requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Inputting trades into the internal booking systems and ensuring confirmation accurately reflect trades processed on a day-to-day basis.
• Assisting in entering and clearing trades.
• End of day reconciliation of trades with the desk and ensuring all trades submitted accepted by clients with no outstanding trades in system as of days end.
• Adhere to BGC’s policies and compliance with BGC’s operational risk requirements.
