You will manage inbound and outbound calls, maintain accurate records, and ensure policy requirements are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls professionally, delivering a friendly and efficient service.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for brokers and support trading activities.
• Run reports using internal systems to identify outstanding actions and requirements and follow up on new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with accounts team to support debt reduction and maintain accurate policy records.
• Assist with policy trading activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
