Job summary

Molo is a mortgage lender in the UK, seeking a Telephone BDM to support broker intermediaries through the mortgage journey. You will drive telephone sales with the Business Development Managers, expanding our broker network nationwide and internationally, and attend broker events.

You will also manage CRM follow-ups, host virtual events, and engage with brokers on calls and emails to deliver excellent service and grow our broker network.

Qualifications

• Essential: experience in customer success or telephone sales within mortgage lending or financial services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and sales skills.
• Ability to engage in face-to-face broker events and host virtual events.

Responsibilities

• Interact with brokers via inbound/outbound calls and emails, providing timely guidance.
• Support telephone sales initiatives with Business Development Managers to expand broker reach.
• Attend broker events and host virtual events to showcase our proposition and products.
• Maintain proactive CRM follow-ups with registered brokers to understand needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address broker queries and feedback.
