Broker Operations Product Specialist, London

This role involves managing department-related third-party products and supporting the Broker Operations team. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service provision and client support.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain 24-hour functionality of MT4/MT5 and the bridge.
• Manage all operational product-related projects.
• Support and train the Broker Operations team in coordination with the Head of Broker Operations.
• Prioritize, escalate issues, and coordinate with other departments to prevent inefficiencies.
• Administer MT4/MT5 and bridge for new requirements.
• Work closely with Treasury, Risk, Onboarding, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Keep databases updated and client information accurate.
• Provide technical support for LMAX API protocols, including FIX, Java API, REST API, and .NET API.
• Oversee FIX integration and client onboarding processes.

Requirements:

• Experience with MT4 or MT5 preferred.
• Experience with multiple bridge providers/plugins.
• Project or product management experience.
• Experience managing incidents.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Reliability and willingness to work outside regular hours to meet client needs.
