Job summary

Enra Specialist Finance in Manchester is seeking a Telephone Business Development Manager to drive new lending opportunities and manage broker relationships. You will act as the first contact for new enquiries, qualify opportunities, and support deals through to application, all while delivering excellent service to brokers and customers.

The role requires strong telephone-based selling, relationship management, and the ability to work towards targets within the commercial finance space.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telephone sales or business development.
• Experience within commercial finance, property finance, banking, specialist lending, mortgages, or financial services.
• Understanding of the commercial property finance market and lending process.
• Knowledge of commercial mortgages, buy-to-let lending, bridging finance, and development finance.

Responsibilities

• Generate new lending opportunities and develop broker relationships.
• Conduct proactive outbound calling to promote the company's products.
• Maintain strong relationships with commercial finance brokers and introducers.
• Identify opportunities to maximise lending volumes across product lines.
• Manage and progress a sales pipeline to maximise conversions.
• Provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
