YTL UK is seeking a Digital Delivery Studio Manager to lead our in-house multi-media studio in Bath. You will oversee the delivery of broadcast-grade content across channels and lead a small, cross-disciplinary team through all production stages.

You will drive governance, quality and compliance while managing suppliers and development of studio policies. This hands-on role ensures efficient operation within regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional experience in film, photography, media or related discipline.
• Senior level experience leading multi-media teams or complex media operations.
• Experience across all production and distribution stages; align creative, technical and operational delivery.
• Strategic experience evaluating and governing AI/ML-enabled tools in media operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the corporate studio, ensuring high-quality, regulation-ready output.
• Oversee all stages of production and delivery across platforms (live and recorded).
• Establish policies covering production, distribution, archiving, procurement, and information security.
• Translate objectives into robust, well-governed production plans for internal/ external audiences.
• Scope and resource projects to meet broadcast-grade standards within timelines and budgets.
• Ensure audiovisual compliance across studio outputs and manage studio tech architecture.
