Job summary

BBC Studios is seeking a Digital Content Lead for BBC Studios Audio in London. The role will support podcast teams by developing social-first video content and visualised episodes, delivering content for social accounts, and driving commercial objectives.

The post reports to the Commercial & Business Development Director and requires strong editorial, production and leadership capabilities across digital platforms. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating and delivering social media content strategies.
• Hands-on experience producing social-first and long-form video content.
• Strong understanding of podcast production and distribution.
• Ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, produce, film and edit long- and short-form video content around select podcasts.
• Lead editorial publishing strategy across social channels.
• Upskill production teams in visual content creation and production workflows.
• Line manage and develop a Digital Executive.
