Job summary

NEP Bow Tie in London seeks a Broadcast Engineer to support our AV and broadcast services at contract and ADHOC sites. You’ll handle maintenance, streaming setups, and camera operations across high-profile events, collaborating with producers and engineers.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in broadcasting, strong communication, and a proactive team mindset, with willingness to travel for motorsport and parliamentary work.

Qualifications

• Three or more years’ experience in a broadcast environment, especially live sports.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• First-line fault finding and repair of broadcast and AV equipment.
• Vision control operations on broadcast camera channels.
• Set up and maintenance of CTA video/audio systems and matrices.
• Operate streaming, encoding, and transcoding equipment.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers on small projects.
