The role involves operating and maintaining broadcast audio systems, working with Senior Audio Engineers, and requires a strong interest in audio engineering and teamwork.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with industry technology and exposure to high-profile live productions, ensuring a path towards more senior engineering roles.

Qualifications

• HND level (or equivalent) in a relevant technical or media-related discipline.
• Good practical understanding of broadcast audio signal flow and equipment.
• Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Support sound operations on outside broadcasts using HD/UHD trucks.
• Assist with the setup and de-rig of broadcast audio equipment.
• Carry out first-line fault-finding and basic repairs to audio equipment.

Skills

Interest in broadcast sound and outside broadcast engineering

Practical understanding of broadcast audio signal flow
