Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Customer Services Assistant in Spalding to greet customers, help with purchases and keep the store welcoming. You’ll join a friendly team and deliver great service, playing a part in community life.

No prior retail experience is required; enthusiasm, customer focus and teamwork are valued. You’ll handle basics at the till, stock shelves and support bakery/food-to-go as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to help customers and create a friendly welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service at checkout and answer questions.
• Replenish shelves, rotate stock, and keep displays tidy.
