Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-op in Blyth is seeking a Customer Services Assistant to greet customers, handle checkouts and keep the store tidy and inviting. You’ll support in-store services and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our community values.

No extensive retail experience is required; enthusiasm, teamwork and a commitment to great service will help you succeed. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Team player who enjoys helping customers.

• Ability to stay organized in a busy store.

Responsibilities

• Looking after customers with friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service at the till and around the shop.
• Keeping the store running smoothly by replenishing stock and maintaining displays.
• Supporting in-store services, including bakery and food-to-go areas where needed.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a welcoming, community-focused store.
