Job description

Job Title: Briefing and Logistics Manager

Client Location: London - hybrid

Starting: ASAP

Duration: until 08/06/2026

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact and a vital resource for internal and external visitors at our center. Your role involves managing daily operations and ensuring smooth execution of all events. You will interact with individuals at all levels, including C-suite executives, VPs, Engineers, Product Managers, and Account Executives. You will coordinate multiple executive briefings from start to finish, liaising effectively between account owners and internal teams to meet briefing objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage logistical aspects of executive briefings and events, including catering, badges, room setup, A/V, agendas, printing, reservations, and transportation.
  • Collaborate with account teams to create briefing agendas aligned with customer and prospect goals, requiring understanding of client solutions and products.
  • Maintain the CXC calendar, scheduling briefings and events efficiently.
  • Handle scheduling, document creation, and post-event follow-up.
  • Adjust daily schedules as needed to support the team, including early mornings or evenings.
  • Update internal tools, documents, and applications related to CXC operations.
  • Partner with extended teams to develop customer-aligned briefings.
  • Coordinate with global CXC, technology support, and logistics teams to integrate briefing elements.
  • Maintain professional communication with executives via email, phone, and other channels.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively; excellent time management.
  • High attention to detail to ensure quality in all aspects of work.
  • Proactive in anticipating team and guest needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving ability with quick, effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Independent worker with initiative and minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in executive briefing centers, events, or administrative roles.
  • Experience working with VP+ or C-suite clients and internal partners.

This full-time position is based in London, with in-office presence required at least 50-75% of the week, depending on activities and team schedule.
