Job Description:

Buckden Partners has been mandated by our leading UK property finance provider. Their loan book is currently at £800m and they are looking to increase this to over £1.5bn in the next 12 months.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced underwriter to support transactions between £2m-£200m.

Key Requirements

• Several years of experience in real estate lending, with a focus on bridging or short-term property finance.
• Proven track record of underwriting complex transactions.
• Strong understanding of UK real estate markets, valuation principles, and loan structuring.
• Familiarity with legal due diligence, property development risks, and exit strategies.
• Commercial mindset and ability to assess deals holistically.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
