AtkinsRéalis Group is seeking a Bridges & Civils Team Leader in Teesside to drive delivery of high-profile highway and rail projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage resources and budgets, and ensure quality in line with standards.

Ideally you hold a civil engineering degree and ICE/IStructE progress toward Chartership, with strong communication skills and client relationship experience. This role is based on-site in Teesside with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• Design, maintenance, inspection and supervision of civil or structural projects in highway/rail environments.
• Ability to lead production of design documentation: sketches, drawings, calculations, reports and specs.
• Experience with client relationships and work winning.

• Lead delivery of multiple packages and projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.
• Support project resourcing and financial control to keep schemes profitable.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams across highways, rail and local authorities.
