Job summary

Triumph Consultants is seeking a Bridge Engineer to lead a forward‑thinking technical consultancy in Manchester. The role is permanent and based at our Manchester office, with responsibility for ensuring engineering solutions comply with customer and legislative requirements.

You will lead on delivery of work packages, coordinate maintenance programmes, and drive projects to ensure assets remain safe, compliant and efficient.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or MSc in a bridge/engineering discipline, or HNC/HND in Engineering, or Chartered/Incorporated Engineer with membership.

Responsibilities

• Lead an innovative technical consultancy function for the assigned service area, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and legislation.
• Lead delivery of work packages using project management methodology, ensuring consistency with internal and legislative guidelines.
• Plan, coordinate and execute maintenance and improvement programmes to keep assets safe, compliant and operational.
