Arup in the United Kingdom invites you to an Industrial Placement in Bridges & Civil Structures. You will join an expert team on UK and international transport, energy and water projects, mentored by a Senior Engineer who assigns design tasks and trains you in our software tools.

From day one you will contribute to the delivery of calculations, models and specifications, moving from early concept to detailed design.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Interest in digital skills and design automation.

Responsabilidades

• You will be assigned to a project under the direction of a Senior Engineer who will assign design tasks and teach you the software and tools.
• Deliver effective solutions and professional services for varied, high-profile clients across transport, energy and water sectors.
• From concept through to detailed design, deliver calculations, models and specifications, and assist with refurbishment of major bridges.
