Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bricklayer in repairs, maintenance or social housing environments.
• CSCS Skilled Worker Card is required.
• DBS Certificate or willingness to obtain one before starting.
• Ability to work in occupied properties and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out bricklaying repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
• Work across occupied and void homes.
• Perform general building repairs and related works.
• Manage workload across multiple properties and timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements on site.
