Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a Bricklayer for a busy new build construction site in West Malling, Kent. You will be laying bricks and blocks, reading plans, preparing sites and mixing materials to exacting standards.

The role requires a valid CSCS card, own tools and PPE, and relevant site experience. You should be reliable, punctual and hardworking to ensure safety and quality on site. Temporary contract with immediate start in September 2026.

• Position: Bricklayer
• Location: West Malling, Kent
• Pay rate: £230-£300 per day depending on experience and payment method (PAYE/umbrella/CIS)
• Contract: Temporary
• Start date: September 2026

This role will involve working on a busy new build construction site

Duties will include:

• Constructing, repairing, and maintaining walls, foundations, partition structures, and decorative masonry using bricks, concrete blocks and stone
• Reading plans, site preparation and mixing materials
• Jointing and pointing
• Restoration and repairs
• Adhere to health and safety on site
