Job summary

Construction is seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join a busy social housing contractor operating across Bolton and surrounding areas on a temporary contract.

This role focuses on repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties, ensuring high standards and adherence to health and safety requirements. An immediate start is available with weekly pay and ongoing temporary work.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in social housing, maintenance or repairs.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

General bricklaying and masonry repairs.
Repointing and patch repairs.
Repairing damaged walls, steps and garden walls.
Rebuilding brickwork and blockwork.

Your new role

General bricklaying and masonry repairs
Repointing and patch repairs
Repairing damaged walls, steps and garden walls
Rebuilding brickwork and blockwork
Structural and non-structural repair works
Making good following remedial works
Working within occupied and void properties
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements
