Forterra Plc in Accrington is seeking a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating bricks and related processes across quarry, clay prep, and packaging areas, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will work 4on 4off 12-hour shifts (days and nights) and be trained across multiple production plants and equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety standards, following risk assessments and SSOW, and working to deliver excellent

Qualifications

• Literacy and Numeracy to GCSE level (or equivalent).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
• Awareness of health and safety legislation.
