Job summary

C&C Group plc in Glasgow is seeking a production team member on a 12 month fixed term basis. You will support Wellpark’s production requirements, perform cleaning, changeovers and monitor equipment to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Key duties include following SHE, quality and food safety standards, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives through training and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Educated to Standard Grade in Maths, English and a science-based subject essential (Grade 3 minimum).
• Higher level in a science-based subject preferable.
• HND in science-based subject advantageous.
• Other relevant qualifications advantageous (Engineering, Packaging, Logistics, Food Science, or Health and Safety based).

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to production team meetings and briefings.
• Take ownership of equipment, perform cleaning, CIP, changeovers and basic maintenance.
• Comply with SHE, Quality, Technical and Food Safety requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and system transactions for traceability.
• Raise concerns or anomalies to FLM and assist with corrective actions.
• Undertake training to develop skills for current and future needs.
• Where qualified, train others to support skill development and continuous improvement.
• Attend internal audits as requested and participate in improvement projects.
• Support minimising downtime and maximise performance as required.
