Job summary

The iconic Wellpark Brewery in Glasgow hosts a production-focused role within the Wellpark team. You will support daily/weekly/monthly activities to ensure quality, delivery and continuous-improving service for internal and external customers.

With training and support, you will develop skills within production, take ownership of equipment and comply with safety and quality standards to support ongoing performance at Wellpark.

Qualifications

• Educated to Standard Grade in Maths, English and a science-based subject essential (Grade 3 minimum).
• Higher level in a science-based subject preferable.
• HND in science-based subject advantageous.
• Other relevant qualifications advantageous (Engineering, Packaging, Logistics, Food Science, or Health and Safety based).

Responsibilities

• Attain, maintain and enhance skills to contribute flexibly within Wellpark’s production team.
• Take ownership of equipment used, including cleaning, CIP, changeovers and basic maintenance to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Comply with SHE, Quality, Technical and Food Safety requirements and undertake risk assessments and 5S activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation and system transactions to operate effectively.
• Raise concerns or anomalies to drive improvements with the FLM and implement corrective actions where possible.
• Attend training and participate in internal audits to develop skills and meet business needs.
