Senior Sustainability Consultant | Permanent | London | up to £50,000

PT Renewables, a boutique and growing sustainability consultancy, is seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant with BREEAM AP or Assessor certification to join their team.

The Role

You will lead BREEAM Assessments across various commercial projects within Building Services, mentor junior consultants, engage with clients to ensure project delivery, and contribute to wider sustainability and energy reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on Sustainability Assessments, especially BREEAM
• Conduct wider sustainability assessments including WELL, Fitwell, and others
• Lead client and design team workshops
• Develop sustainable design strategies and energy statements
• Support training and development of junior team members

About You

• Background in Building Services industry
• Experience in Sustainability and Net-zero consulting
• Salary up to £50,000
• Hybrid working based in Surrey
