Job summary

Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust in Romford is seeking a substantive clinical oncology consultant to join its established team at Queen’s Hospital. Qualifications

• Experience in clinical oncology with a focus on breast cancer.
• Ability to participate in multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings and clinical governance.

Responsibilities

• Clinical oncology management of breast malignancy.
• Clinical oncology management of one other small tumour site.
• Outpatient chemotherapy and inpatient clinical opinions.
• Participate in the out of hours on-call service.
• Engage in research and clinical trials.
• Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement; supervise trainees.
