Malmaison & Hotel du Vin is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel, overseeing service, coordinating with kitchen and management, and ensuring a smooth, high-standard dining experience for guests.

You will already have experience in working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career, y ou will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means greatflexibilityif required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
