Job summary

Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa in Alcester is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to join our breakfast team. You will welcome guests, take orders, and serve with warmth in a fast-paced setting, with shifts starting from 5.30am.

Weekend availability is required and full training will be provided to help you shine. The role works across breakfast, with opportunities to assist at conferences and events, collaborating closely with the kitchen and hotel team to deliver outstanding guest

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food and beverage preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork skills and a professional appearance.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to a high standard.
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring dining areas are clean and well-presented.
• Prepare beverages including tea, coffee, and bar drinks where applicable.
• Process payments and operate the till/POS system.
• Follow hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, conferences, banquets and events as required.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider hotel team to deliver exceptional guest service.

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our hotel team. If you enjoy delivering excellent service, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating memorable experiences for guests, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is part of the breakfast team with shifts starting from 5.30am. Weekend availability needed.
