Job summary

Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our hotel team. You will deliver excellent service, work in a fast-paced environment, and help create memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or food & beverage experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to a high standard.
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring dining areas are clean and well-presented.
• Prepare beverages, including tea, coffee, and bar drinks where applicable.
• Process payments and operate the till/POS system.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, conferences, banquets, and special events as required.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider hotel team to deliver exceptional guest service.

Job Description
