Job description

We are currently seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to assist our Breakfast Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the breakfast service. This role requires full flexibility to work Monday through Sunday, according to business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising the team, motivating, developing, and deploying staff within the breakfast service.
• Participating actively in the performance management of team members.
• Ensuring the efficient and courteous service of food and beverages, adhering to company standards, food health and hygiene procedures, legislation, and licensing laws.
• Managing and developing team members effectively, providing clear direction, and setting high standards to foster a customer-focused attitude.
• Promoting sales awareness within the department and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Maintaining service standards with all team members.
• Purchasing and ordering departmental supplies, conducting monthly stock takes, and addressing discrepancies following company standards.
• Performing any additional duties as required.

Experience required:

• Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• Experience working in Food & Beverage or a hotel environment.
• Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player with a professional, positive, 'can-do' attitude.
• Experience with stock control.
