Breakfast Supervisor - 40 hours per week

We seek a Breakfast Supervisor to assist our Breakfast Manager in ensuring smooth operations. Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday is required based on business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and motivating the breakfast team, including staff development and deployment.
• Managing performance of team members.
• Ensuring courteous, efficient food and beverage service, adhering to company standards, food hygiene, and legal requirements.
• Developing team members, setting high standards, and promoting a customer-focused attitude.
• Maximizing sales opportunities and promoting departmental sales awareness.
• Maintaining service standards with team members.
• Managing stock, including purchasing, stock takes, and discrepancy resolution.
• Performing other duties as required.

Experience required:

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience.
• Experience in F&B or hotel environments.
• Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player with a professional, positive, 'can-do' attitude.
• Experience with stock control.
