What You'll Do

Retail Supervisor in Northampton

40 hours per week

You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships, and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than just a store job. As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. The environment can be hot in summer and cold in winter. But if you take pride in your work and your team’s efforts, our customers will notice and love us all the more for it.

Day-to-day

1. Supporting: Standing in for the Store Manager when needed, motivating and engaging the team, coaching to grow sales and meet targets.
2. Mucking in: Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and assembling orders.
3. Delivering great service: Providing excellent customer experiences with a smile, and coaching the team to do the same.
4. Building relationships: Ensuring customers leave with everything they need for their jobs.
5. Creating a fun work environment: Maintaining product availability and branch standards while fostering a positive atmosphere.
