Job summary

Cairn Hotel Newcastle is seeking motivated Supervisors to help lead our SOHE Breakfast operation. You’ll support day-to-day service delivery, coordinate shifts and coach team members to maintain the highest guest standards.

Lead by example, organise workloads, resolve guest queries professionally and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional hospitality. You’ll drive performance, teamwork and engagement across shifts.
