Job summary

Cairn Group Newcastle is seeking motivated Supervisors to help lead our hospitality teams and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will support the day-to-day operation, coach colleagues, coordinate tasks and uphold high standards of service across our venues. This role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills within Cairn Group’s people-first culture in a busy, customer-focused environment.
