The Wellington Arms, Stratfield Turgis, Hampshire, is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to lead and deliver warm, polished hospitality across the pub, restaurant and boutique hotel. You’ll guide a busy team to ensure seamless service and memorable guest experiences in a countryside setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality settings such as pubs, restaurants, hotels or premium venues.
• Demonstrates a guest-first mindset and confident service delivery.
• Ability to support and motivate team during busy shifts.
• Strong attention to presentation, service flow and standards.
• Calm, solution-focused approach to guest requests and issues.
• Pride in delivering polished, memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across pub, restaurant and hotel shifts.
• Champion service excellence and warmly welcome guests.
• Motivate and support the team to stay confident and aligned.
• Assist with seating plans, reservations and service coordination.
• Support weddings, events and private dining for seamless guest experiences.
• Assist hotel operations and ensure guest areas look exceptional at all times.
• Act as a point of contact to resolve guest queries with care.
• Uphold brand ethos of relaxed luxury, local produce and warm hospitality.

At The Wellington Arms, a beautifully restored country pub, restaurant and boutique hotel set within the breathtaking 7,000- acre Wellington Estate, we’re looking for an energetic, service-driven Supervisor to help lead our team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

With 25 stylish bedrooms, seasonal dining, a vibrant bar, elegant private-event spaces, and views across rolling Hampshire farmland, The Wellington Arms blends warmth, quality, and relaxed luxury. As a Supervisor, you’ll help keep service running smoothly across our busy pub-restaurant-hotel, supporting both the team and management in delivering outstanding hospitality.
