We have a fantastic opportunity for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our award-winning team at Northcote.

Breakfast is a crucial service and the final experience before our cherished guests depart!

You will be working 45 hours per week within the Breakfast team, performing the following tasks:

• Leading a breakfast team to run a full breakfast service
• Ensuring all tables are set and ready for guests
• Greeting and welcoming guests to their tables
• Preparing and serving beverages
• Taking and executing guest orders promptly
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness at all times
• Liaising with the kitchen to ensure timely breakfast service

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong leadership skills, passion, personality, enthusiasm, dedication, motivation, and the ability to work well in a team
• Experience in fine dining is desirable
