Job summary

Vita Student in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for an early-morning breakfast shift. The role focuses on preparing, serving and maintaining breakfast offerings with an emphasis on guest experience within a vibrant student community.

Hours are 6am–10am, Monday to Friday, with a permanent part-time contract and a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Overtime may be available to cover shifts and maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Customer service in fast-paced kitchen environments.

• Comfortable using technology systems and software in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve and maintain breakfast offerings to high standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized breakfast service area and kitchen.
• Follow hygiene, health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Deliver a warm, professional front-of-house experience for residents and guests.
• Respond to resident inquiries and maintain high service levels in communal spaces.
• Conduct routine checks for safety and maintenance issues.
