Vita Group in Glasgow is recruiting a Breakfast Customer Service Assistant for an early morning shift. You will help prepare and serve a high-quality breakfast and maintain service areas with a focus on resident satisfaction.

The role involves 6am–10am shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities and a starting hourly rate of £13.45. This position supports Vita Student’s premium student living experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen regulations and food safety practices.
• Proficient with technology systems used in hospitality environments.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, present and serve a varied hot and cold breakfast.
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and service area.
• Follow hygiene, health & safety regulations and standards.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming front-of-house experience for residents.
• Respond to resident enquiries and support daily operations.
• Conduct routine checks and report maintenance or safety concerns.
