Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Chef to lead our morning kitchen operations and provide guests with a top-quality start to their day. The role is hands-on, focusing on breakfast buffet and brunch, while ensuring efficiency, cleanliness and a memorable guest experience.

You’ll manage breakfast setup, cook and present dishes to brand specs, and deliver exceptional service even during busy periods. Experience in busy hotels is desirable; we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Hotel/kitchen experience preferred.
• Early riser with breakfast experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong hygiene and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare for breakfast service to ensure smooth operation.
• Cook and present breakfast dishes per brand/company specs.
• Support guest requests where possible.
• Monitor portions and waste to protect profitability.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
