Job summary

The Imperial London Hotels Limited seeks a warm Breakfast Host for Arcus at The Imperial in Bloomsbury, London. You will help deliver a smooth, welcoming start to the day, supporting service across Arcus to ensure guests enjoy friendly and efficient hospitality.

Ideal candidates are confident in customer-facing roles, with CEFR B1 English, basic cash handling skills, and hospitality experience. Benefits include holidays, training, and staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve guests and provide information about the breakfast offering.

• Handle cash and follow accurate cash-handling procedures.
• Follow company health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

Role: Breakfast Host – Arcus at The Imperial

Location: Bloomsbury, London

This summer, we opened the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio. Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a warm, energeticBreakfast Host to help deliver a smooth, welcoming start to the day for our guests. You’ll support service across Arcus ensuring guests enjoy friendly, efficient and consistent hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take orders, serve guests and provide helpful information about our breakfast offering.
• Clear, clean and reset tables and service areas.
• Replenish food and beverage displays and maintain presentation standards.
• Handle cash and follow accurate cash-handling procedures.
• Follow company health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

Who You Are:

• Confident in face‑to‑face customer service.
• Strong communication skills and able to work at CEFR B1 English level.
• Bonus: barista, waiting or hospitality experience, cash‑handling skills, Food Hygiene Level 2.
