Job summary

The Imperial London Hotels Limited is seeking an experienced F&B Breakfast Supervisor to lead service at Arcus in The Imperial Hotel, Bloomsbury, London.

You will oversee daily breakfast operations, supervise the team, support rota planning, handle guest feedback and complaints, and ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety and hygiene standards.

This role offers a fast-paced, guest-facing environment with opportunities to develop people and lead from the front.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising F&B teams in hospitality environments.
• Strong people-management, organisation and communication skills.
• Confident user of MS Office.

With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio. ‘Project A’ is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and people‑focused Food & Beverage Breakfast Supervisor to lead service across Arcus. You will oversee daily operations, inspire the team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across morning service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise daily food and beverage service.
• Support rota planning, staffing levels and team performance.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and hygiene standards.
• Oversee stock control, cash handling and service readiness.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings and motivate teams through hands‑on leadership.

Who You Are

• Proven experience supervising F&B teams in hospitality environments.
