Job summary

Stanley House Hotel & Spa in Mellor, Lancashire, is seeking a friendly Breakfast Food and Beverage Assistant to join our gifted team and ensure a warm start to guests' days. You will assist with breakfast service, welcome guests and keep the breakfast area spotless and well stocked.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• Friendly, positive and professional approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with flexibility for early shifts and weekends.

• Deliver friendly and professional service throughout breakfast service.
• Welcome guests and create a positive start to their day.
• Prepare and maintain breakfast service areas to a high standard.
• Replenish food and beverage items throughout service.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently and professionally.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and food safety standards.
• Support setup and close-down of breakfast service.

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Breakfast Food and Beverage Assistant to help create a great start to the day for our guests.

This is a guest-facing role where you'll support the delivery of breakfast service, provide exceptional hospitality and help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety


• Support the setup and close-down of breakfast service


• Follow health and safety, food safety and company procedures at all times


• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential


• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences


• Friendly, positive and professional approach


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Good attention to detail and presentation


• Reliable and punctual approach to work


• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as required
