Job summary

The role involves outstanding guest service while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, stock control, and teamwork with Reception, Housekeeping and Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or food service experience is desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and friendly personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent breakfast service.
• Ensure breakfast buffet is well-presented and stocked, monitor quality.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, and hygiene procedures in all duties.
• Manage stock levels, deliveries, and rotation to minimise waste.
• Work with Reception, Housekeeping and Kitchen teams to ensure a great guest experience.
