Job summary

St Mary’s Catholic Primary School invites applications for a Level 3 Breakfast Club Assistant. You will care for pupils, organise engaging activities for breakfast club attendees, and help pupils develop personal and social skills.

No prior experience required, but you must be a reliable role model and hold a Level 3 qualification. The role is permanent, 5 hours per week, term-time only, at our Grangetown, Middlesbrough site, with salary £25,989–£26,403 pro rata.

Responsibilities

• Care for the pupils' well-being during breakfast club.
• Organise suitable activities for children attending breakfast club.
• Develop good personal and social skills among pupils.
• Prepare breakfast for attendees.

We are looking to recruit a creative, well organised and enthusiastic Level 3 Breakfast Club Assistant to join our current team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the care and well-being of pupils, organising suitable activities for the children who attend breakfast club, developing good personal and social skills and preparing breakfast for the children who attend our very popular wrap-around provision.

Previous experience is not necessary but you will need to be a good role model to the children, be reliable and committed and hold the relevant qualification.
