Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a passionate Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team in London. You will be the first into the kitchen, setting the tone for the day and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard.

You will work closely with our chefs, own your section, and help maintain a clean, organised kitchen during early service, with opportunities for progression and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with breakfast or early-service experience.
• Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking methods.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at once.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn
• Team player who collaborates well with colleagues
• Flexibility for early starts and shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes from opening service.
• Take ownership of your section and keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and comply with hygiene standards.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Support with shift handovers and ad-hoc tasks as required
